Pastel Pride Spring Styled LGBT Wedding Editorial

This pastel pride-inspired LGTBQIA2+ editorial wedding was created with a candy coloured theme dreaming about fresh palettes, spring vibes, and romance. Thank you to Sanctuary Gardens and The Gallery Winery in West Kelowna for hosting this fun editorial. Visualized by Memorable and Vibrant Okanagan Photography and Mixologists Bartending, we were inspired by modern weddings and same sex couples united in love. The modern perspectives on colour, texture, and authenticity were central features to this heart-centered photo shoot. The soft and subdued West Coast palette was delicate and light, with pops of celebratory hues.

Makeup was perfectly applied by the exceptionally talented and creative Top Notch Art of Makeup. Hair styling for both models was provided by the incomparable Nude Salon and Style Bar located in downtown Kelowna. The majestic wedding cake by Kakes by Kathie was a highlight of the scene set by the creative expertise of wedding planner White Haven Weddings & Events. Decor was provided by White Haven Home. Mission Park Flowers tied the set together with the most beautiful and unique floral arrangements we have ever had the pleasure of photographing. Social Creations Events constructed a vibrant and colourful balloon wall which brought together the wedding inspiration perfectly. Thank you to Sunshine + Pine design for the sign in Mixie. Gratitude to Friends of Dorothy for providing the charcuterie board.

The brides wedding dresses were created by Xoxo Couture Bridal, along with the veil, hair clips and leg garters. Wedding in a Box Studio set the scene with fun accessories including robes, wifey tumblers, sunglasses, and clutch. The models rocked Jools and Joplin earrings to get ready before the ceremony. Salt +Sage rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings are jewelry pieces infused with the healing energy of reiki worn by the brides to symbolize spiritual and everlasting blessings. Your Ceremony by Alex led the ceremony to wed the girls in union and independence. The ladies celebrated their union with rose quartz and amethyst sand pouring ceremony to symbolize their love.
